Cancellation and Booking Fee Policy

Sometimes life gets in the way, we get that, but those pesky bills still need paying here at Fuchsia Beauty HQ and late notice cancellations make that a bit harder to manage. Please have a look at our cancellation policy and help us to keep offering the friendly, efficient service you quite rightly have come to expect from me and my team.

 

Need to cancel?

If you give us more than 24 hours notice, no problem at all and we will look forward to seeing you again in the near future.

If you give us less than 24 hours notice then we will ask you to pay for 50% of the cancelled treatment.

If you don’t contact us to advise that you wish to cancel your appointment, you will be asked to pay in full for the missed treatment before we can accept any future bookings*.

*we will also expect a heartfelt apology and a huge box of chocolates before we will consider allowing you across our threshold again 🙂 

 

One more little thing before you go…

For any treatments of 2 ½ hours or more, we require a non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the total cost, at the point of booking.
